Octopus Diving has excellent equipment rental available to all our customers. The equipment we use is in excellent condition, assessed daily, maintained monthly and every piece of equipment is logged and tagged in our Maintenance System.

This attention to detail assures our divers that the equipment you use will provide a safe, comfortable diving experience.

Our standard equipment is:
Scubapro MK2 Regulator and Octopus
Pressure gauge
Depth gauge
Low Pressure inflator
Scubapro Pilot BCD with standard Inflator.

However some divers still like to use their own equipment which we fully understand.

If you do use your own equipment please make sure that you have had it serviced in the last 12 months. There is nothing worse than lugging all your equipment to SXM to find that it isn’t working!!

If not we can service it for you, but we need to ensure we have the correct servicing kit on island.
What we find is a lot of our divers have equipment serviced and then get to the Caribbean only to find the regulator has a problem.

Octopus Diving St. Maarten / St. Martin works extremely closely with the Scuba Shop in Simpson Bay who stock thousands of dollars of parts for virtually every regulator on the market and also offer excellent rates on Scuba Regulator servicing.

Octopus Diving Staff are all trained Scubapro Technicians and undergo intensive training every year to repair new Scubapro equipment.

If you need your regulator repaired or serviced just send us an email before you arrive on Island and we can make sure that we have the correct servicing kit for it before you arrive.
