This restaurant is hidden away on Pinel Island. It’s a piece of paradise on St. Martin and if you book a full day private charter with us there is a high chance that we will reserve a table for lunch (not included in Charter). When we arrive, we throw anchor on the beach, jump off the boat into waist deep water and straight into the restaurant. Food is typically seafood and most of it locally caught.

Please make sure that you only eat sustainable fish, Trunk Fish and Parrot Fish are not sustainable fish so please be careful, more information is provided below.

Front of house is fast and attentive but please allow time for cooking as everything is cooked from FRESH! Also, if you go on a weekend you must book a table for lunch as this restaurant is very popular with the locals.

Smoked seafood salad
Cheeseburgers
Ribs and Chicken
Pina Colada’s are awesome, but virgin if you are diving in the afternoon!
